These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the VIDAx website and platform (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. What VIDAx is, and is not
VIDAx provides a technology platform that connects you with independent, licensed healthcare providers and licensed pharmacies. VIDAx is not a pharmacy, is not a medical practice, and does not practice medicine or provide medical advice. All clinical decisions are made solely by independent licensed providers in their professional judgment. A prescription is issued only where a provider determines it is clinically appropriate.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a U.S. state where services are available. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during intake and to keep it updated. Providing inaccurate health information may affect your eligibility and your safety.
3. No emergency services
The Platform is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not rely on the Platform for urgent or emergency care.
4. Pricing, billing, and refunds
Membership pricing is presented before you enroll. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method according to the plan you select. A licensed provider reviews your profile before treatment is finalized; if you are not approved for treatment, you are not charged for medication, and any amount collected for that purpose is refunded. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund a period for which medication has already been dispensed or shipped.
5. Compounded medications
Certain medications offered through the Platform are compounded by licensed pharmacies. Compounded drugs are not reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality. They are prepared pursuant to a valid prescription for an individual patient.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to use medications only as prescribed, to attend follow-ups as recommended, to report side effects, and not to share medications. You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its content, design, and trademarks, is owned by VIDAx or its licensors and is protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIDAx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
